How can I continue using S'more on my new phone?

Congrats on the new Phone!  All you would have to do is simply download the S'more app on your new phone and then log into your account with your email and/or phone number. 

If you do not have an account, please make sure you have S'more app already downloaded and click on the green "Get Started" button. 

If you already have an account, please make sure you're clicking on the link that says, "ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT?  LOGIN HERE" not the green "Get Started" button.  Then sign in with your email and phone number.

If you're inputting your email and/or phone number and it says, your email and/or phone is already taken, this is most likely due to you creating another account from clicking on the wrong options to logging in from above.

Let's try clearing the data on your S'more app from the steps below.  Once you've cleared the data, open the S'more app.  You should now see the login screen.  Click on the link, "ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT? LOGIN HERE" and try inputting your email and/or phone number again.

To clear the data:

  1. Open the Settings of your phone.
  2. Tap the Storage heading to open its settings page. (Note: If your phone runs Android Oreo or earlier, you'll want to open the App Manager settings page.)
  3. Tap the Other Apps heading to see a list of your installed apps.
  4. Find the S’more app and tap its listing.
  5. Tap the Clear data button.
