Didn't Receive Survey Points

If you didn't receive your daily points because you were disconnected or you've completed your survey, we will need to reach out to our surveys vendor (InBrain) and open a request with them.  InBrain will investigate this on their end and issue back any missing points.  Please email our support at support@smoreapp.co and provide us with the info below.

Could you provide us with two things:

  1. A screenshot of the survey you're referring to.  On the S'more app, click on Surveys, then click on the Money Bag icon and send us a screenshot of that page.
  2. How many points your survey was for?

Once InBrain investigates on their end, they will issue the points back to your account.  InBrain informed us they only issue points back to accounts twice a week.  As soon as they've issued your points back or provide any other info, they'll let us know and we'll send you another email stating your points have been issued.
