How do I verify my email address?

At S'more we want you to start racking up points as quickly as possible, so we've made the email verification process as simple and painless as possible.

To verify your email address, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Account tab in S'more, select your email address, and then tap the Verify Now button. (You must be logged in S'more to do this).
  2. You should receive an email from support@smoreapp.co with the subject line: Please verify your S'more email.
  3. Open the email and click/tap the link to verify your account.

There may be a few security features that could affect your email verification:

  • If you have multiple verification emails, only the most recently sent email will contain a valid verification link.
  • A verification link is only valid for 24-hours after it has been sent. If you are using Gmail and have received multiple verification emails from S'more, these messages will be grouped in conversation view, with the most recent message at the bottom. This message will contain the valid verification link.
